25% of the above rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance and a returnable security deposit of £150 are due 8 weeks before the start of the booking period. Prices are inclusive of bedding (though we ask you to provide your own personal towels), gas and water. They include a daily electricity allowance of 10kWh which is sufficient for basic needs. Anything used in addition to this (for heating for example) will be charged as taken.
